The new year brings thoughts of resolutions and changes for the new year. Often, women feel badly for not keeping their resolutions…the weight that didn’t get lost, the exercise that didn’t happen…the house that didn’t get organized. Maybe we should take a moment and pat ourselves on the back for even thinking about making a change to begin with!
What changes would you like to make for this year? Write them down and post them where you can see them-on the mirror, the refrigerator or in a journal. Then feel good about making the first step toward change!
