Spring is in the air, the flowers are blooming and change is drifting with the breeze. I feel like I can breathe more deeply as the winter season changes into spring. The weather gets warmer, the windows are open and the breeze, and my breath, flows more easily.
Spring brings the urge to declutter, not only your household objects and clothing, but the mental baggage that weighs you down. It’s a season of renewal and casting off the heaviness that covers your environment – and your spirit.
So, let go of what is holding you down, whether it’s following Marie Kondo’s decluttering tips or forgiving past grievances, and move forward with the new season.
Let go and lighten up in your life. Put some spring in your step…and in your soul.
